Shawn Vann

Born in Missouri raised until 11 in long Beach California. Went back to Missouri was raised by my grandma until I graduated high-school. Joined the military did 14 yrs. First 4 yrs regular military. Then did special forces for awhile until I hurt my back i training. Got out medically retired. Joined civilian workforce for a few yrs then completely retired. Always been a gym rat so I'm in pretty good shape for 54 yr iold man. I love to train wether its lifting weights or training some form of martial arts. I have some krav maga training. So here I am wanting to continue to learn more.
